          ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၏ လွတ်လပ်ရေးနေ့ အမျိုးသားရုံးပိတ်ရက်အခါသမယ တွင် ရုရှားဖက်ဒရေးရှင်းနိုင်ငံ အစိုးရအဖွဲ့ကိုယ်စားနှင့် မိမိတို့မှ အဆွေတော်ထံသို့ နှုတ်ခွန်းဆက်သ အပ်ပါသည်။

          မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် ရုရှားနိုင်ငံကို ချစ်ကြည်ရင်းနှီးသည့် မိတ်ဖက်ဆက်ဆံရေးဖြင့် စည်းနှောင် ထားပါသည်။ နှစ်နိုင်ငံအစိုးရများအကြား တက်ကြွသည့် ပူးတွဲဆောင်ရွက်မှုများသည် ကုန်သွယ်ရေး၊ စီးပွားရေး၊ သိပ္ပံနှင့်နည်းပညာနှင့် လူသားချင်းစာနာမှုဆိုင်ရာနယ်ပယ်များရှိ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု များကို ပိုမိုခိုင်မာစေမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး  အလားအလာရှိသောစီမံကိန်းများ တိုးမြှင့်စေရန် အခြေအနေ ကောင်းများကို ဖြစ်ထွန်းရရှိမည်ဟု ယုံကြည်ပါသည်။
