ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၏  လွတ်လပ်ရေးနေ့အခါသမယတွင်   မိမိအနေဖြင့်      အဆွေတော်ထံ ဆုမွန်ကောင်းတောင်းအပ်ပါသည်။

အစဉ်အလာအရ ချစ်ကြည်ရင်းနှီးမှု အပြန်အလှန်နားလည်မှုတို့ဖြင့် ဖော်ကျူးထားသည့် အပြုသဘောဆောင်သည့် တက်ကြွသော မြန်မာ-ရုရှားဆက်ဆံရေးအပေါ် မိမိတို့အနေဖြင့် ကျေနပ် အားရမိပါသည်။ ၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ်၊ ဩဂုတ်လတွင် နေပြည်တော်၌ မိမိတို့၏ဆွေးနွေးမှုများအတွင်း ရရှိခဲ့သည့် သဘောတူညီချက်များအောက်မှ ယုံကြည်စိတ်ချရသည့် နိုင်ငံရေးဆွေးနွေးပွဲနှင့် ထိတွေ့ ဆက်ဆံမှုများကို စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် မြှင့်တင်သွားရန် မျှော်လင့်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။ ကဏ္ဍစုံ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို ခိုင်မာစေခြင်းက မိမိတို့နှစ်နိုင်ငံ ပြည်သူများ၏ အဓိကအကျိုးစီးပွား များကို ထွန်းကားစေမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး အရှေ့တောင်အာရှနှင့် အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသတစ်ခုလုံး၏  ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးနှင့် လုံခြုံရေးကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရာတွင်လည်း အကျိုးပြုစေမည်ဟု ယုံကြည်ပါသည်။

Please accept sincere greetings on the occasion of the national holiday of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar – the Independence Day.

          We are satisfied to note the positive dynamics of Russia- Myanmar relations, which are characterized by traditional friendship and mutual understanding. We look forward to consistently promoting confident political dialogue and contacts between our foreign ministries under the agreements reached during our talks in Nay Pyi Taw in August 2022. I am convinced that strengthening multifaceted cooperation meets the core interests of peoples of our countries, contributes to maintaining peace and security in South-East Asia and the Asia-Pacific Region as a whole.
